SHIPPING POLICY — GEHNAA (MADHO GLOBAL)
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days of order confirmation, depending on material availability. Since our gold and silver ornaments are individually inspected, quality-checked, and securely packaged before dispatch, made-to-order or customized pieces may take longer — in which case we will notify you by email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges apply to all orders, domestic and international, calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
Delivery Estimates
We ship via trusted Indian courier partners. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier service handling your shipment, your location, and (for international orders) customs clearance in the destination country. Exact estimated delivery windows will be shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier disruptions, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, though we will keep you informed wherever possible.
Secure & Insured Shipping
Given the value of our products, all orders are shipped via registered, trackable, and insured courier services. A signature will be required upon delivery, and the recipient may be asked to verify their identity before the package is handed over. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package at the delivery address provided.
We are not responsible for loss or theft once a package is marked "delivered" and signed for at the address provided, except where our insurance coverage applies. If you suspect any issue with a delivered package, contact us immediately at inderjeet@madhoglobal.in.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and courier details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
We ship worldwide, to all countries, via Indian courier partners. Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
- It is the customer's responsibility to check their country's import regulations regarding gold and silver jewellery before placing an order, as some countries restrict or heavily regulate the import of precious metals. Gehnaa is not liable for orders seized, delayed, or returned due to destination-country import restrictions.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all items pass to you upon our transfer of the product to the shipping carrier, subject to the insured shipping protections described above.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address after placing an order, contact us immediately at inderjeet@madhoglobal.in — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
